I love that one can purchase UNGLAZED! An old fashioned unglazed donut with a cup of coffee in the morning is one of life's simple pleasures. Dales nails it. Perfect, light texture with crispy edge. Friendly staff, too!

The best donuts in Central Arkansas! The maple glazed is my favorite, though the standard glazed comes in a close second. The strawberry glazed is outstanding, too. I’ve only been twice, so there is a good portion of the menu I haven’t yet tried. The customer service is outstanding. The worst aspect for me is merely the location, as it’s a bit of an early morning hike for Little Rock residents when it is the sole destination.

Best donuts in town. As a kid growing up I always begged for Dale's, and now that I'm an adult I'm able to share Dale's with people I love. I cant always afford extra expenditures like donuts, but when I do, I always go for Dale's. They've been in the business for many years and know how to make some amazing donuts. Their staff is always friendly and the place is always homely and clean.

Dave's! Why did I not discover your maple goodness years ago?! The maple glaze and strawberry glaze is to die for. I am a sugar fiend and can appreciate a good donut that still tastes good cold. Most are great warm, but you can still eat these hours later and they will be good.

First time here. Counter service very friendly and helpful.Definitely good donuts and better than the average you will run across. They were not the yeast, doughy treats I was expecting, however. They were merely better than average donuts priced at a significant premium to their value. We selected an assortment of 6 donuts for a total bill of $11.00+. Might have been worth that if they were super donuts. If I returned I would stick with the glazed donuts as they were better than the twists, cinnamon roll or fritters that we got. They also cost much less. In summary....good donuts priced too high.

The lady there behind the counter that was placing fresh douts in the case .sneezed on the donuts and as i noticed she wasn't taking out the ones that she sneezed on and i asked her if she was going to throw the ones away that she sneezed on and she told me to mind my own business and told me if I did not like it to not come back .I will never go in there again and I have been going there since I was born .

Best place in Arkansas to get a donut! While you're there wash it down with an amazing cup of coffee! One of the few things in Benton that hasn't changed since I was a kid. You will love getting to know the staff as you frequent this spot.

The whole point of placing an order is so they can make the order when u say u r going to be there to get it. Um no, even if u pay u r still not guaranteed to get what u paid for, if u r not there to pick it up before all the donuts r gone at 9am too bad cuz then they close. U lose ur money and dont get the donuts u called in yesterday. Wow! Never going there again! By the way dont plan on getting any donuts after 8am this week cuz kids r on spring break so they r out by 8am. So I asked could u not make anymore...since u r open for 3.5 more hours. They said no the sooner they run out of what they barely have, the sooner they can go home. They said they dont want to stay open until the time they r supposed to cuz then they dont get home until 12:30. So dumb

Dale's has delicious 🍩 try the blueberry cake one and if they have any 🍩 holes left get some for your kids for free!(limit 4 dozen per person I believe) The ladies are always friendly and nice!

Dale's Donut Shop is where my community has been going for donuts since I can remember. Their donuts are handmade and dang delicious. I'm giving 4/5 stars though because on my visit the lady who was giving us our donuts was rude and talked down to us. I didn't get a friendly vibe from this place, but maybe that's because they were busy or she was having a bad day, who knows? Delicious donuts though.

Fantastic doughnuts and services. I remember going there as a little girl, and now my kids enjoy them. 😊

When you have a hard time finding a place to park at a donut shop, you know the product is going to be off the chain! Dale's is awesome, has amazing service, and the donuts are superb!

Great donuts, I would even say best in saline County, but make sure to get there a little early to make sure they are not out of donuts.

Great donuts! Parking can be a pita but is well worth it! They seem to stay busy which is a good thing unless you're looking for parking 😛. Staff were fantastic and helpful in explaining their product! We would recommend visiting such a great small town local business!

Absolutely the BEST donut shop in town! Dale’s has been a fixture in Benton for over 25 years or longer. Their variety is is average, but their glaze donuts are as good as it gets! Of course, they offer old-fashions, chocolate iced, strawberry iced, and cream filled favorites including long johns! And Kiddos can get free donut holes to go with their chocolate milk!There are a few tables to sit and enjoy your sweets, but most folks just garb and go!

Hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had in Arkansas. The regular ones are super fluffy and the icing is full of flavor. The cake ones were all delicious, especially the strawberry one! Go early, they will be sold out if you wait!
